Success or failure of the management of secondary school teachers is directly related to the success and growth of young people high and low quality of basic education, by the widespread concern of the people. People management is an inevitable trend of modern human civilization, is the new trend of development of the modern school management, teachers in the seat of the management to comply with the development of education management, the development of secondary education has an important significance and effect.The status of the article from the analysis of secondary school teachers and the main problems start in a lot of reading literature on the basis of Meishan City, Meishan secondary school teacher management as the starting point, in-depth analysis of their teachers’ management status, problems, and in the investigation and analysis based on the recommendations of the management of Meishan secondary school teachers, secondary school teachers in order to "people-oriented" management theory and practical work to provide a useful reference, from both theoretical and practical aspects ofThe study is divided into four parts:The first part is an introduction, the main research background of this article, the meaning and purpose of the study, research methods overview, but also a careful analysis of domestic and international research on teacher management anddetailed overview of existing literature and effectively pave the way for the following studies. The second part describes the theoretical basis of the teachers in the study of the management of the connotations of the concept of management, resulting in the background and theoretical basis for detailed analysis; also on the application status of the current people management in the management of teachers overall introduction.
