Higher Vocational Colleges Specialty Settings And Regional Industry Matching Studies

Developing the higher vocational education is the important basis to accelerate the transformation of economic development pattern,implement the strategy of innovation development and support economy strategic adjustment of economic structure,and beneficial for promoting the development of the industrialization,information,urbanization,agricultural modernization,which are pointed out in The Modern Vocational Education System Construction Plan(2014-2020).As a gradual change of economic growth and industrial structure adjust in Hubei province,the demand of high skilled talents who adapting to the industrial development is increasing.Higher vocational colleges play a particularly important role in economic construction because they are the major institutions to train the skilled talents who can work in the first line.If higher vocational education can keep the good interaction with economic and social development,making Higher vocational education actively adapt to the "two laps area" strategy,adapting and supporting economic and social development of Hubei province,Higher vocational education can provide more talent support,intellectual support and knowledge service to promote the development of the central region,and how to provide talent and intelligence support to the development of regional economy industry just need to fully understand the development of regional industry and the present situation of the talent training,major set-up is the foundation of talents training in higher vocational colleges,so take the deep research on the major setting and what's the degree of regional industry matching is the premise of create the good interaction between Higher vocational education and social economic development.In This paper,56 higher vocational colleges' specialty condition and the degree of matching with the regional economy situation in Hubei province are taken as an example to explore the relationship between the vocational college specialty setting and regional economy development.This paper includes 7 chapters,the introduction include the problems,the research significance,research ideas and methods,literature review,the definition of related concepts,the research of theory,policy basis and discuss the relation of major setting and industrial development.Then take the statistical analysis about the situation of the specialties in Hubei province's 56 higher vocational colleges in 2012 mainly through specialties rate and the number of specialties in detail.In the third chapter,the article analyzing the three industry situation,the leading industries and urbanization construction conditions in Hubei province based on the development of Hubei province in recent years,Putting forward that the current situation of the industry and the major settings in higher vocational colleges in Hubei province reflect these phenomenon,basic distribution of specialties is reasonable,but lacking of forward-looking,hinder the high-tech industry and urbanization development process;The specialties related to Agriculture and tourism is less,slowing down the speed of "Hubei western circle domain "development,in order to further understand the condition of the matching degree in higher vocational colleges and the industry building in Hubei province,In the fourth chapter,the article take Huanggang City as a case to discuss the matching condition of specialties setting and industry situation of the three vocational and technological colleges(including the Edong vocational college which has been incorporated into the Huanggang normal college)in Huanggang City from microscopic prospect which making the stepping stone for the later analysis,in the fifth chapter,the article though different aspects to talk about the reason why the matching degree is not so well between education and the social economy such as the social concept,information blind spots,teaching faculty,education philosophy,then putting forward the suggesting measures to resolve those problems by changing the concept of major choice,to strengthen the government macroeconomic regulation and control,personnel training target,increasing capital investment,the introduction of social supervision mechanism,optimization of major Settings,setting up information sharing platform,strengthening the vocational education " overpass "and so on.
