| Kindergarten environment is a large container of supporting social interaction,exploration and study.the space has the connotation of education.Nowadays,the development of preschool education is from the scale of construction to the improve connotative quality,preschool teachers’ ability in creating and using environment is extremely important in preschool teachers’professional and an integral part,the research on the ability of preschool teachers in creating and using environment will be beneficial to improve the level of teachers’ professional development and increase the effect of teacher training.The study investigates and analyses sixteen teachers’ ability level of creating and using environment by means of the questionnaire investigation at first,questionnaires is a part of assessment tools for the ability of preschool teachers in creating and using environment of the development project of the national training curriculum standard on primary and secondary teachers,at present,it has been test on reliability and validity.According to the results of the survey,four teachers with different levels of representation were selected,and the ability of preschool teachers in creating and using environment of the selected four teachers were studied by the method of observation and interview.Through the observation,understand their Behavior performance of creating and using environment;Through random interviews and formal interviews,understanding the reasons behind their behavior and opinion of kindergarten environment;Through the analysis of the teachers’ behavior and their point of view,understanding of the environment of preschool teachers create different levels with the advantage of the characteristics of ability,exploring the influence factors on the ability of preschool teachers environment creation and utilization,and making suggestions for the improvement of the ability of preschool teachers environment creation and utilization.The research on the ability of preschool teachers in creating and using environment characteristics and influence factors shows that the ability of understanding the educational value of preschool teachers of kindergarten environment needs to be improved;preschool teachers ’understanding of environmental education in kindergarten value needs to be improved;the ability of preschool teachers in creating and using environment of different aspects of the development is not balanced;more high level teachers pay more attention to the effect of environment on children’s development and had a greater influence on the low level of education concept of teachers;had a greater influence on the strategic knowledge of higher levels of teachers;policies,principals and teachers,peers and parents,etc.on different levels of teachers have influence.Based on analysis characteristics and influencing factors of the ability of preschool teachers in creating and using environment,the researcher think that we can from the following several aspects to improve the ability of preschool teachers in creating and using environment that one was to cultivate a group of high level of outstanding teachers;the second is according to the level of teachers of different hierarchical training;the third is to strengthen the training intensity and effect of director;the fourth is to make full use of their resources and create the kindergarten environment. |
