In one hundred,the education for this;Education,the teachers for this.With the deepening of understanding of early childhood education,people gradually realize the important role of preschool teachers with high professional ability in the physical and mental development of young children.The rural kindergarten teachers,as an important part of the kindergarten teachers team,have a high level of professional ability,which directly affects the quality of early childhood education and even affects the overall development of early childhood education.Therefore,this study investigates the professional competence of rural kindergarten teachers in eastern Sichuan and explores strategies to improve the professional competence of rural kindergarten teachers in the region,with a view to promoting the professional ability of rural kindergarten teachers in eastern Sichuan.This paper uses the literature,the research and the observation methods to investigate the current situation of the professional competence of rural kindergarten teachers in eastern Sichuan.The author went deep into the rural kindergartens in Quxian County to collect research data,and selected 121 kindergarten teachers from10 towns there to conduct an effective questionnaire survey,in an effort to find out the problems existing in the professional competence of rural kindergarten teachers in eastern Sichuan.And then,selected nine kindergarten teachers to conduct detailed interviews respectively.At the same time,combined with the subtle observations of preschool education students in colleges to analyze the causes of the problems.Finally,put forward to the strategies to effectively improve the professional ability of rural kindergarten teachers in eastern Sichuan.Through the investigation,it is found that the financial investment of kindergartens in eastern Sichuan is insufficient,the implementation of teacher qualification system is not strict,the training opportunities for kindergarten teachers are few,and the training mode is single;the management of the director is not standardized,the teacher team is sloppy;the social status of kindergarten teachers is low,and the self-development consciousness is weak.Allabove which are the main reasons that affect the professional competence of rural kindergarten teachers in eastern Sichuan.Therefore,the author believes that the solution to improve the professional competence of rural kindergarten teachers effectively are counting for the following ways.Firstly,increase the investment in rural kindergartens,implement the admission system for preschool teachers strictly,improve and enrich the training model for preschool teachers.Secondly,improve the director's emphasis on professional development,and assess all aspects of preschool teachers' knowledge regularly,establish an organization for experience sharing,strenghten the cooperration and comunication between tecchers and partents.Finally,preschool teachers must strengthen their professional beliefs,establish a lifelong learning concept,and also establish their professional identity and Self-reflection.
