In different countries,during the different periods,people of different ages have different understanding of the toilet.Decades ago,toilet in China is still a public space,but now it has become a part of the private space in different families.China is in the period of transforming concept,with the concept changing,the toilet will be changed.The toilet in the kindergarten was originally as a part of the public space,but now some kindergartens have been aware of the toilet and take it as a privacy space in the public spaces."Care and Education" is the basic principles of preschool education,children in kindergarten need to spend a whole day,necessarily they can't be inseparable from the life link:entering,washing,toilet,dining,sleeping,be away from the kindergarten and so on.Zhao Tingyang divides life into everyday life and possible life.The possible life is that life which is an ideal and a possible future life.From the angle of eat,drink and piss,toilet is the daily life,From the angle of possible life,we hope toilet should also has educational value,the toilet can also be from the original simple excretion to have the meaning of gender and cognitive of privacy.Based on this,the researcher selected a typical kindergarten in Guilin and use narrative research methods,by deeply observing children of different ages and in-depth dialogue with children and teachers,tried to stand in the perspective of culture to explore the culture implication of the children in the garden toilet in the gender,privacy and discipline in kindergarten toilet culture,and hope to make the parents and society pay more attention to the kindergarten toilet,to better promote kindergarten life activities,and to better promote the overall development of children's physical and mental health.According to research,the researcher found that children of different ages in the kindergarten toilet life have common characteristics,mainly in:1.teachers use the environment to guide children,the children like colorful abundant toilet environment;2 teachers pay attention to children's gender education in the toilet,the children like boy's and girl's toilet;3 teachers agree with the privacy protection between the opposite sex of children,the children don't like peeping fo the opposite sex;4 teachers use different ways to discipline the children's toilet,the children don't like teachers on the side of supervision.At the same time there are differences,mainly in:1.The children in large class and middle class go to toilet independently,the children in small class go to toilet centrally;2.The children in large class occasionally go to toilet at different time in different gender,the children in small class and middle class go to toilet totally and simultaneously;3.The teachers in large and middle class emphasize discipline and order in children's toilet,teachers in small class pay more attention to discipline of time.Through the summary of the realistic representation of kindergarten toilet culture,the researcher discussed the kindergarten toilet culture,it contains:social civilization development and children's gender awareness and concept of privacy by going to the toilet,toilet in time and space of discipline and children's stiff body,by going to the toilet children's independence and interdependence under the interaction and control between teachers and children,children's toilet in the kindergarten is biological and cultural cooperation.Finally,the researcher thinks that in the process of civilization children's toilet should also be changing,and related subjects should posit their roles,including:children are their own body's master and learners,teachers are the guidance and cooperation of children's toilet activities,the adults in the family are supporters of the children' toilet.And the researcher also expect that the future of kindergarten toilet in the cultural change can toward from boy and girl's toilet to boy's and girl's toilet,from the collective privacy to individual privacy,from body discipline to body dialogue.
