In recent years,with the rapid development of economy,the reform of Chinese higher education system goes profound gradually,the scale of university is also expanding,and as a result,there's a rising trend of Collective Incidents of College Students.With the frequent occurrence of collective incidents,normal order and daily lives in university are severely affected,furthermore,it is also a big threaten to the society.Therefore,comprehensive and systematic analysis of Collective Incidents of College Students,and exploring methods of disposal actively for such events and educational policy as well,are important to maintain harmonious and stable working order of university.Collective Incidents of College Students are the particular events,which bear obvious spontaneity,a certain degree of organization,and constitute a greater impact on those who have the same common interests or attention,and temporary gathered together.There are 5 parts in this thesis.Chapter 1 describes the main contents of the thesis,research methods and innovation point;Chapter 2 introduces the concept and the feature of collective incidents and Collective Incidents of College Students;Chapter 3 is the investigation and analysis of Collective Incidents of College Students;Chapter 4 analyzes the psychological motivation of Collective Incidents of College Students through six aspects;Chapter 5 elaborates a three-pronged of educational countermeasures research of Collective Incidents of College Students.The dissertation aims to interpret the psychological motivation of Collective Incidents of College Students comprehensively,and proposes the educational countermeasures on the psychological motivation analysis.Through the analysis of the survey,it will offer a great help to clarify the causes and take effective prevention to handle Collective Incidents of College Students.As a result,it is important for the university to ensure education order,protect talents and build a harmonious society and campus.
