On The Extension Pattens Of Agro-technologies In Higher Educational Institutions By Using The Data Of Loquat Biotechnology Extension In Putian University

The development of the agriculture is the basis for Chinese economic growth.The core to develop the agricultural modernization is to improve the level of agro-technologies.Turning the modernized scientific and technological achievements into production force requires the great support of the agro-tech extension.How to extend the agro-technologies has become an important mission at the present days.Talented persons have gathered in the colleges and universities where they are carrying out scientific researches and the information has been collected.They are the main force who have been developing the agro-technologies,while at the same time,the creators,carriers and transmitters in modern agro-tech extension.China is on the probing stage of extending the colleges agro-technologies.The development of modern agriculture gives colleges and universities chances and puts forward more strict and higher expectation to popularize the agro-technologies.In this new modernization era,we should sum up our past experience,make effort to study and probe into the patterns and mechanism of the colleges agro-technologies,which are suitable for the colleges modernization development.It's necessary to adjust and construct our ideas,improve the patterns,put research findings into industrial production and build a bridge for the colleges in developing agro-technologies.This paper takes Loquat biotechnology in Putian University as study case,which is divided into six chapters to research into the development of the colleges agro-technologies.The main chapter contents are as follows:Chapter one:Starting from the concept and theory of the agro-tech extension,the author illustrates the definition of the Chinese popularization of the agro-technologies,expounds the relative theories,states its position and function in the popularization of the agro-technologies,provides a theoretical basis for the college agro-tech extension.Chapter two:In this chapter,the author mainly illustrates the content,position and function of the college agro-tech extension.By analyzing the advantages and favorable factors that colleges play in the popularization of the agro-technologies,notifying the important role that colleges play in the promotion of agricultural practice system,the author studies and analyzes how Chinese colleges and universities take the advantages in promoting agriculture smoothly.Chapters three:The author studies and analyzes the patterns of colleges in the extension of the agro-technologies including establishing special field for the promotion of agricultural practices,training professional talents in agro-technologies,carrying out information consultancy service,setting up agriculture sample gardens,demonstrating the agriculture developing techniques,cooperation between colleges and agriculture enterprises,probing into the technology shareholder,materialization in the college agro-technologies,establishing an economic entity,setting up agricultural technology training organization,improving the management patterns and mechanism of colleges in the extension of the agro-technologies,establishing a model that joins the government promotion and market adjustment,building up a well run management and mechanism in the project operation of the popularization of the agro-technologies,setting up project funding mechanism,build up a model which involves the participation of the group,improving the university oriented pattern of the popularization in the agro-technologies.Chapter Four:Taking the successful Chinese colleges popularization of the agro-technologies as reference-Loquat biotechnology in Putian University,the author analyzes and studies how the local universities and colleges popularize their local agro-technologies.This chapter mainly analyzes the present situation of the Loquat production achieved by Putian University in the popularization of the agro-technologies,the position,the advantages and the function that the local university plays.By researching into Putian City,Putian Loquat production and the present situation of Putian University,the author sums up the achievement that local colleges and universities have made in the popularization of the agro-technologies.Chapter five:The author explains and analyzes the existing problems when Putian University promotes the agro-technologies.By putting forward some relative advice and suggestions,the exploration has been made for the local universities to popularize the agro-technologies.We have found that the talents university cultivates have been gathered in the cities instead of rural areas,enough attention has not been paid to the education of serving the rural areas,personnel training in the rural areas is single,agriculture research in the university fails to meet the demand of the agricultural development,and the university service in the popularization of the agro-technologies is single as well.Chapter six:The extension of the agro-technologies in colleges and universities in is still on the exploration stage in China.Based on the problems appearing in the colleges popularization of the agro-technologies,the author puts forward some advice and proposals to improve the guarantee measures,suggesting the government pay more efforts on protection of law and policy to ensure the college popularization of the agro-technologies.By ensuring financial fund,improving peasants culture quality to cut down the pressure,we should construct the personnel and set up network information platforms as soon as possible to supervise and promote colleges popularization of the agro-technologies.
