A Study On The City Female Birth View Based On The "Universal Two-Child Policy"

2015,the Eighth Plenary Session of the "universal two-child" policy was formally introduced,which marks the formal entry into the second child era.At present,China's fertility rate has been stable at a low level,the family size of small,aging social structure,has become an indisputable fact that the implementation of the comprehensive policy is the national and social response to low fertility effective means.However,it should be noted that the birth of fertility behavior,will be affected by various factors,especially as the main body of women,their fertility and choice to become the second child policy landing effect of the decisive factor.Because of this,hidden in the female fertility choices and wishes behind the concept of fertility also once again into the people's vision,as the theme of this study.In this study,through the relevant literature on the concept of fertility and women's self-awareness,based on the subjective nature of the concept of life,the use of root theory as a method of women's fertility concept qualitative analysis.First,based on the principle of "Saturation of Information",14 women aged between 22 and 40 years of age were selected for in-depth interviews to obtain comprehensive and detailed research data,and the most widely used rooting theory was used in qualitative research.The main research method of this study,with NVivo 8 qualitative analysis software,through the original data encoding and analysis,and ultimately build a female reproductive concept of cognitive framework.Secondly,the logical analysis and analysis of this framework,the concept of female fertility view of the concept of internal fertility and fertility view of the external cognitive factors in two parts,through the analysis of the code we can conclude that women's fertility is based on women The cognition of "self-value judgment and judgment of maternity value" is the core of cognition,and the cognition of "family support" and women's cognition of "the balance of fertility and fertility" are the external influencing factors The two together constitute the female reproductive concept of cognitive content.According to the cognition kernel of female fertility view,this article classifies"dependency-responsibility";"independence-responsibility";"self-right";"self-right";Family-rights "four types of birth view,and to explain the characteristics and connotations of the concept.In the end,this study draws the multiple influence path of the influence of female fertility on fertility selection.First,the self-selection mechanism of female fertility view: the concept of female fertility established on the basis of women'sself and maternal cognitive core;Second,the external acceptance mechanism: the external factors through the birth view The role of the kernel,the two interact to form a female fertility concept.Finally,this article combs the problems reflected in the connotation of female reproductive outlook and puts forward relevant policies and suggestions on improving the policy of maternity protection,improving child care and family parenting and raising the awareness of female employment discrimination.
