In recent years,the research on the evaluation of teaching quality in private colleges has been paid more attention by the society.However,the research on the evaluation of students' learning satisfaction in private universities is relatively inadequate,especially the learning satisfaction based on the structural equation model.Therefore,this study has strong theoretical and practical significance.This research mainly consists of four parts: first of all,is combed the related concepts involved in this study,and the structural equation modeling theory used in this article is introduced and finishing,as the subsequent empirical study to lay the theoretical foundation.Secondly,the learning satisfaction measurement index system was designed and selected,and designing a survey questionnaire,and then select a few private colleges has carried on the preliminary investigation,according to preliminary investigation,analysis of the quality of the questionnaire and scale,on this basis to determine the private colleges the learning satisfaction evaluation index system and puts forward the preliminary learning satisfaction index model.Again,after establishing the learning satisfaction index system and index model,an empirical study,selection of an official investigation and 8 private colleges in shandong province,and using the method of structural equation model for private colleges and universities and then estimated the students' learning satisfaction results show that the model fitting effect is good,accord with theoretical assumptions.After the calculation of satisfaction index score,by building satisfaction importance matrix of private colleges students' learning satisfaction are analyzed in detail.Finally,data calculation results based on the previous section,private colleges targeted proposed to improve the learning satisfaction of policy advice,for your reference.The main conclusions of this study was to: quality perception of learning has a direct impact on the overall satisfaction and value perception has a direct impact on overall satisfaction,quality awareness through value perception has indirect effects on overall satisfaction.Including quality perception about school system in the lowest level of satisfaction,its weight is also the biggest impact,and scores the highest in terms of value perception,shows that students think through the school learning is valuable for their growth.So,private colleges in the subsequent strengthen the system construction and the relevant real for students learning the effort,to improve college students' learning satisfaction level has great power.
