The teachers’ working satisfaction degree is a general kind of explainable affection andemotional reaction to their job, relating to their working treatment and working condition.Psychological research indicates that there is a close connection working satisfaction degreeand working behavior. Teachers with a higher working satisfaction can get more pleasure,fewer accidents, less complains. It also can make teachers love their job, try to do goodrelationship with the parents of students, mobilize various education resources, and showmore creativity and vitality in the teaching activities. Moreover, the promotion and demotionof teachers’ working satisfaction directly relates to their performance and excellent teachers’go or stay. And the most important factor is the healthy and stable development of privatehigher learning institution. This article tries to make an example of Qingdao’s private higherlearning institution, finding out the factors that affect the teachers’ working satisfaction.Chapter One is the introduction part introducing the background of selecting the topic,the contents, technical path, the result and the outline of the thesis. From macroscopicallyaspect, getting private higher learning institution’s development Status and developmentdirection sorted.Chapter Two gives the definition of working satisfactory degree, working satisfactorydegree structure abroad and domestic, the research on influencing factors, the research on jobsatisfactory degree abroad and domestic and the significance of the researches. All these arethe theory basis of the thesis.Chapter Three mainly tells the characters and existing problems,mainly including thegovernment, the school management and the teachers. And through questionnaire data reflectsthe detailed induction and analyzes some specific problems, trying to put forward somebeneficial suggestions.Chapter Four is the discussion and result part. Based on the analysis of job satisfactorydegree, telling different personal background factors have different influences on the workingsatisfactory degree. Finally, according to the result, it put forward corresponding suggestionsand references. And thus it provides vocational technical college the referencing advice tostaff management and scientific decision.
