Comparative Study About Cultivating Mode Of Volleyball Players Of The Universities In Beijing

Traditionally,volleyball is the advantageous event of China among the three big balls.The national women's volleyball team,as a representative,have won the world champion in several big games.Their spirit inspires and encourages many generations of Chinese people.Colleges and universities are the cradles of cultivating the high-level athletes,which enjoy abundant merits including the education resources,scientific research resources,which cannot be matched by other institutions.Problems are urgent to be solved such as where to select the volleyball players for universities in Beijing and how is their study and training on campus;as well as the organization of the volleyball teams,the sustainable development of the cultivation mode which combines sports and education.These problems should be given enough considerations by the physical education workers:In this thesis,the cultivation mode of volleyball players in universities of Beijing is studied with questionnaire method.Two kinds of questionnaires are designed for athletes and coaches respectively.Questions mainly focus on the source of the students,the contradiction between learning and training,funding and participation,and so on.During the 2016 Volleyball Competitions for Universities in Beijing,surveys are conducted on 6 volleyball teams from ordinary universities(the Central University of Finance and Economics,Beijing Jiaotong University,Beihang University,China University of Political Science and Law,Renmin University of China)and 2 volleyball teams from Beijing Sport universities.The data are collected and processed with Excel.This paper compares and analyzes the enrollment mode,enrollment situation,cultural education situation,sports training situation and management of volleyball players in two kinds of institutions.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)There are two main cultivating modes of volleyball athletes in universities in Beijing,one is the mode of cultivating students athletes by oneself,the other is the cultivating mode of sports colleges,represented by Beijing Sports University;(2)The advantages of cultivating volleyball players in colleges are mainly from the ordinary high school,the athletes culture level is generally higher,can be relatively easy to learn about culture;The overall culture learning atmosphere of the comprehensive university is better,athletes can contact,learn more kinds of professional and knowledge;(3)The advantages of cultivating volleyball players in Beijing sports university mainly lie in that the recruited athletes mainly from sports teams,the level of athletes' sports is generally higher;Beijing sports university has more professional sports training and scientific research resources,the sports training of athletes is more suitable for the future work development of athletes;The protection of sports teams has its own unique advantages,the volleyball team is equipped with interns;(4)At present,the common problems of two kinds of volleyball players training mode in Beijing university are: the high level athletes are not enough,the xuexun contradiction is still not effectively solved,too little reward for coaches and athletes,the source channel is single.Among them,the contradiction of high level volleyball players in colleges and universities is more prominent.
