On Integration Of PE Into Rural Training Schools

School physical education plays an important role in shaping the overall balanced development of students' moral,intellectual and physical education,To conform to the situation,the research aims to find out wheather proper gymnastic sports can promote students ' academic grades or not,and also try to seek what kind of influences it will bring to students' physical health and social adaptability by incorporate physical activity into their daily life.The study mainly under the direction of the theory of Brain Breaks in America,and using literature method,expert interviews,questionnaire survey method,experimental research method and mathematical statistics to explore the influences to student of the form of gymnastic integration which combined with training schools ' brain breaks acitivity and normal physical education.The results of the study is divided into three parts,the first is the status quo for the rural training schools are analyzed,including practical conditions into sports activities of rural training school background,sports activities and sports activities into the necessity of integration;secondly,to sail training school students as the main research subject of study,respectively.The students' emotional attitude,social ability,learning achievement of experimental study;the results showed that the changing aspects of the experimental group compared with the control group were very significant.Students in the experimental group were significantly improved in the aspects of emotional attitude,social adaptability and academic performance.Finally,in this paper the rural school physical education into the training strategies mainly include:enhance the training of school physical education into the consciousness condition;strengthen rural school sports training curriculum;standardized training school sports facilities;training school teachers training school students' physical condition enhancement;motivation conditio n enhancement;improve the rural school sports training implementation social conditions.
