The Research On Middle School Physical Education Teachers Training Implementation Effect In China

The current high school sports curriculum reform of high school sportsteachers put forward higher requirements, with the deepening of the constructionof learning society, the education and the whole society to improve the talentquality, improve the quality of education showed the urgent pursuit. Physicaleducation teachers in physical education activities, the importantresponsibility, therefore, the teachers’ professional development is theinevitable choice of era of progress. Teacher training is to improve theimportant means of teachers’ education teaching level and professional level.This study "national training plan" base Capital Institute of PhysicalEducation as an example, the empirical study on effect of the high school physicaleducation teachers to training. This article using the method of literature,questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics, conducts the research toparticipate in the "national training plan" of high school physical educationteacher training effect.. The thesis mainly consists of four parts, the firstpart mainly elaborated the definition related to teacher training and theresearch status at home and abroad; The second part mainly introduces theresearch objects and research methods; The third part, mainly from the trainingcontent, target, form, management and evaluation of training effect are studied;The fourth part is on the basis of investigation and study, analysis discussedthe training of the implementation of the process and effect, finally draws tothe conclusion and puts forward corresponding suggestions.The results of this study are as follows:1, Capital Institute of PhysicalEducation "five in one" training mode, the training has been successfullyimplemented and further improve the "five in one" training mode more mature,can be applied in other training.2, To participate in the training of high schoolphysical education teachers in the training objectives of the overall effect,achieve the expected effect. The object under investigation of individual, thatachieve effect is not obvious, one is led and class attendance, class efficiencyof absorption capacity and other personal factors; on the other hand is too shortand the time of training, the experts could not thoroughly explain such objectivefactors.3,To participate in the training of high school physical educationteachers in terms of satisfaction with training content, according to the statistical results concluded that although overall to achieve the desiredeffect, but the content is not comprehensive, lack of exercise physiology, sportsinjuries, gymnastics, aerobics choreography, and other aspects of knowledge.4,To participate in the training of high school physical education teachers interms of assessment and evaluation, mainly uses the class attendance,performance, training, assessment and evaluation on the positive attitude andwork form, as a whole to achieve the desired effect. But attendance rely firmlyon the monitor check-in, obviously can not accurately reflect the actualattendance.5, To participate in the training of high school physical educationteachers in the implementation of training effect, according to the result ofstatistics and interview achieved the expected goal. Various forms of trainingcan enhance the participation the students’ interest in active learning,especially in watching teaching, experts lecture in several forms, case analysiswhich form the effect is better.6, In the aspects of the implementation effectof this training high school physical education teachers in the management ofservices, each services management ideal results have been achieved,therefore,School of continuing education of Capital Institute of PhysicalEducation has achieved initial results in the management training, and formeda relatively mature training system, set up a group of rich training experienceof the management team.
