With the development of modern education technology and the deepening of the curriculum reform,the school has been basically coupled with the popularity of multimedia teaching equipment,film and television works as an important curriculum resources,has been widely recognized by teachers and applied to the actual teaching..The film and television works with sounds and pictures,vivid,visual and convenient,is easier to stimulate students' interest in learning and the desire to explore,in the process of teaching is chosen properly,can play a multiplier effect.However,historical films of various kinds,how they are compiled and uneven in quality,Editing and use effectively is an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,Firstly,through discussing characteristics and advantages of the history theme film and television works,analysis of what type of application to the teaching of history.Secondly,based on the case teaching of junior middle school history by historical film analysis,and combing the interviews of the teachers need to pay attention to in the application process,put forward problems in the teaching in the teaching process,and different content.The type of teaching,how to enhance the students' interest in learning history by historical films,in order to stimulate the enthusiasm of students,to improve teaching efficiency.At the end of the historical film applied to the junior high school history teaching and puts forward some suggestions.The study found that historical films not only can be used to import and sublimation of the theme,also can be applied to different types of teaching,such as activity class and class discussion.But for its use in teaching,should pay attention to several issues,namely a clear objective,careful design,comprehensive use and guidance of teachers.In addition to this but,teachers need to watch a large number of film and television works,the selection of suitable for classroom use of the school segment,creating film database service in history teaching.
