The key to the development of Chinese education lies in the development of rural education.China's rural education is characterized by: education coverage,large,long lines,points,etc.These characteristics have always been the primary focus and difficulty for Chinese education.Rural teachers assume three-fourths of China's compulsory education tasks,and their professional level directly affects the development of education in China.The purpose of the special posting program,which has been in effect since 2006,is to improve the situation of rural education and to guide and encourage university graduates to work in rural areas.Nowadays,the Special Gang Project has been implemented for nearly ten years.It has brought new force to rural education.It has made great contribution to the development of rural education.They also inject fresh blood into Chinese rural education.Special-post teachers,whose professionalism development are not only connected with their individual development,but also the future of rural education Therefore,training and guiding a number of outstanding teachers and giving way of career progression for special teachers are the key to the development of rural education.Because the special post teacher is a new teacher,the promotion of special post teacher professionalism development mainly depends on external intervention.It is particularly important to strengthen orientation and training for special post teachers.I am also a special post teacher.In 2013,I participated in the "National Training Program----Henan Province,rural primary and secondary teachers' replacement training project." In this article,narrative research method is adopted.Through this narrative research method,it reflects the narrative insight on the growth and development of myself before and after participating as a special post teacher.As a special post teacher who participated in the national training,I had the opportunity to witness the completion and succession of the China national training program,at the same time visualizing some shortcomings of this program.And we hope to improve and perfect the national training program,and try to promote the teachers' professional development.The project is mainly composed by four parts.The first part is introduction,which includes problem introduction,propose,process and significance of the research,as well as main innovation points.The second part explains theoretical basis.It covers theoretical basis of teacher professional development,jobs of special-post teachers,national training program and assessment on researches that are already finished.This part is literature review section.It also defines the orientation and scope of the research.The third part is a narrative of National Training Program and the professional development of being a teacher.It is the core of the project,which introduces my basic condition before I participate in the National Training Program and my experience during the program.It analyzes and interprets the story before and after my partition in the National Training Program from three fronts: My National Training Program life,National Training Program courses and the practice,explores valuable experience and deficiency during the process of promoting teacher professional development.And the last part mainly states several thinking on promoting teacher professional development.This paper puts forward some optimization suggestions for the training institutions,the education administrative departments and teachers.
