Since the late eighties of last century,the party and the state push forward a series of policies to promote national unity education into the campus,into the classroom,into the mind.According to the early field survey found that,explicit national unity education curriculum formalized serious,how to Give Full Play to the Educational Function of School 's Hidden Curriculum and Carry out the Education of National Unity.this is the core issue of this research.We analyze the essence,connotation and goal of school national unity education from the academic level,and explores the basic theory of school national unity education from the perspective of ethnology,sociology and psychology,the theory of care can help explain the practice of national unity and education and can guide the effective development of practice.With the full theoretical preparation,we are a multi-ethnic school s school as a case,and through participatory observation,in-depth interviews and other methods,understand the status of the implementation of national unity education in middle school,s secondary schools have adopted a number of measures to promote national unity from the school system level,the communication level and the cultural level.At the same time,we found that there are some problems:First,the school management "two skin" phenomenon;Second,the stereotypes held by teachers and students of different nationalities hinder the exchange of exchanges;Third,teachers lack their own diversity of cultural and educational ideas;Four,In the context of exam-oriented education,we should pay attention to the examination-oriented education,ignore the humanistic education,and ignore the cultivation of students' national unity consciousness.The school is not an island but an integral part of the cultural continent,so the vision can not be limited to the school,but should focus on the school on the existence of the entire cultural system,the school as an integral part of culture.We should analyze the factors that affect the effectiveness of school national unity education from a broader perspective:First,the division of the national system design,strengthen the national identity consciousness,clear the national boundaries;Second,the independent and closed national education system is not conducive to the exchange of teachers and students of different ethnic groups;Third,Pay attention toexamination education,neglect humanistic education,ignoring the cultivation of national unity consciousness.On this basis,the author puts forward the path to the advantages of school seclusion curriculum and optimize the school national unity education:To build a harmonious and open national education system,to build a platform for the exchange of students from all ethnic groups;Strengthen civic awareness education and training;Strengthen civic awareness education and training;To create the optimal conditions for inter-group contact,to promote the normal exchange of teachers and students of different ethnic groups;Strengthen the training,cultivate teachers' concept of multicultural education.
