The Present Situation Analysis And Countermeasure Research On Canteen Management In Gansu University

An important part of the canteen management as the rear service in Colleges and universities,is the foundation of higher education teaching work smoothly,is an important part of the security and stability of the college canteen construction,management,service quality,relationship between teacher and student health and personal safety,affect the overall development of the higher education work smoothly to carry out and the school is one of the systems engineering management needs.Therefore,the present situation of the management of the university canteen in Gansu is investigated and analyzed,which is beneficial to the management of the Gansu university dining hall.This paper uses literature method,survey method,questionnaire,case analysis,taking Gansu college canteen management policies and relevant laws and regulations as the background,the basis of the analysis on the understanding of Gansu college canteen management status,N and Z University as a sample,the basic situation and the two samples of the school canteen building,operating conditions,food safety and quality assurance system,cafeteria satisfaction in-depth understanding and analysis,on the basis of college student canteen management achievements and existing problems,the causes and countermeasures are put forward.The purpose is to provide empirical basis for the management of university canteen in Gansu province and even in China.This study suggests that college students in Gansu Province in the canteen management system construction,improve conditions,improve the management level,has done a lot of work and achieved certain results,but there are some common problems and shortcomings: the school canteen management on students' degree of attention is not enough;the construction of hardware can not fully meet the needs;inadequate supervision,responsibility the implementation is not in place and so on.The existence of these problems seriously affects the overall improvement of the management quality of the university student canteen,and it needs to be improved and strengthened.In view of the existing problems,based on the present situation analysis and research,put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the input,system,supervision and other aspects of the quality of personnel,to comprehensively promote the socialization of university reform,high quality college students canteenmanagement innovation mechanism to construct the comprehensive logistics socialization service system provides ideas.
