With the development of higher vocational education policy,China's higher vocational education has entered an unprecedented stage of development.The higher occupation education plays an important A new force suddenly rises.quickly,a space for one person in China's education system,has an important influence on improvement and development of China's education.Higher vocational education bears the important responsibility for training high skilled professional talents for our country's socialist modernization construction.However,affected by the current college entrance examination system,higher vocational colleges in the college entrance examination admission batch and fractional line control to a large extent to the higher vocational colleges students training work has brought no small pressure.In the higher vocational college students,learning achievement is generally poor,among them there are a large part of the students in the learning interest is not high,lack of power,no goal,class play mobile phone,sleeping,playing truant,cheating phenomenon repeated,seriously affected the normal school teaching order and teaching quality.How to train them to be highly qualified,highly skilled professional and technical personnel,the pressure of Higher Vocational teachers.Therefore,to understand the current learning motivation of higher vocational students,to seek ways to stimulate their learning motivation,strategies to improve the current learning situation of higher vocational college students is particularly important.On the basis of previous studies,this paper surveys the current situation of higher vocational college students by issuing the questionnaire and one to one interview.Based on the data analysis,based on the rational analysis of the survey results,reveals the existence of the current higher vocational students in the learning process,learning objectives are not clear,the lack of interest in learning atmosphere is not strong,curriculum and professional structure is not reasonable,the old teaching content etc..To investigate the effect of learning goals,learning interest,learning emotion,family education,social environment,teaching,curriculum and professional structure and other factors of learning motivation of vocational college students from two aspects of internal and external factors,put forward the coumtermeasures to stimulate their learning motivation.And try to determine learning goals;to stimulate interest in learning;improve the curriculum system construction and professional construction;improve teaching mode;to create a strong learning atmosphere;the correct use of reward and punishment incentives,encourage students to form good learning motivation,establish a scientific and reasonable learning goals.Let students in the learning process to experience the fun of learning,in order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of their study,to ensure the quality of higher vocational education teaching quality.
