With higher education leaps and bounds, the development of highervocational education industry have sprung up everywhere. The establishmentand rise of the vocational education system, on the one hand the structure ofChina’s higher education system, improve the framework of the vocationaleducation system; the other hand, conform to the urgent needs of the masses ofpeople to receive higher education, to conform to the modernization of highlyskilled urgent need. However, under the existing entrance examination system,the Higher Vocational College Entrance Examination Admission batch andfractional program segment on the subjective and objective inevitably result inlow scores students into higher vocational status quo. To enter higher vocationalpart of the students to strenuously reading far behind, but a large part of studentlearning objectives, the weariness of hard work, class skipping, cheating andother phenomena are not uncommon. Students’ learning attitude will not onlyaffect the normal teaching activities, teaching quality, but also a departure fromthe ultimate goal of development of higher vocational education-to develophigh-quality technical talents. Therefore, what factors influence the motivation ofthe vocational students; how to stimulate the motivation to cultivate vocationalstudents in these areas is particularly important to study.Learning characteristics, according to the vocational students on the basisof previous research, law, the connotation of motivation to learn the relationshipbetween motivation and learning objectives and learning outcomes, learningmotivation theory in-depth analysis,learning objectives, learning interest, learning confidence, family environment,social environment, teachers, teaching, teaching environment, curriculum andprofessional structure of the current Internal and External Factors AffectingStudents’ motivation to learn. Further demonstrated the need to improvestudents ’motivation to learn, targeted countermeasures to cultivate andstimulate students’ motivation to learn.Through surveys, interviews and a lot of data analysis, based on theanalysis of vocational students learning motivation findings reveal that vocationalstudents learning in the learning process reflects the many problems, such asstudents’ personal learning goals is not clear, the lack of interest in learning;aspects of teaching, teaching methods rigid curriculum is unreasonable; learningenvironment, poor teaching facilities, learning atmosphere weak.emotions, lack of motivation, the crux of, pointed out the need to inspirevocational students’ motivation to learn, to improve the quality of teaching,vocational education, training objectives must be to create a good theimportance of public opinion environment, campus learning environment and employment environment, to strengthen various aspects of school evaluationsystem of students to set reasonable learning goals, such as attendanceassessment, the reform of teaching methods, science curriculum developmentfrom the outside to let the students know to learn to experience the fun oflearning anything in the learning process, so students learn from the bitter intothe music school, teaching effectiveness to achieve the desired.
