Among the many factors that affect the learning motivation of higher vocational students,the influence of important others is very critical and is very persistent.According to the data analysis,the current domestic research on significant others is mainly concentrated in the field of general education.On the basis of the existing research,this thesis tries to study the factors of significant others in the field of Vocational Education.This paper focuses on the factors affecting the learning motivation of higher vocational students,and investigates and analyzes the factors of "significant others".This paper mainly studies its influence on the learning motivation of higher vocational students,and puts forward some corresponding suggestions for education.The study adopts "A preliminary questionnaire about the significant others affecting the learning motivation of Higher Vocational College Students" and uses "A formal questionnaire on significant others affecting the learning motivation of Higher Vocational College Students".Taking Shanghai A vocational school students as the research object.Using the theory of symbolic interaction and the two sub theories in the social learning theory,the theory of observation and the theory of self-efficacy as the support,understand the real effects of different types of significant others on the learning motivation of vocational college students.This paper explores the influence of different significant others on the learning motivation of different demographic background students.This paper also explores the influence characteristics of different important significant others on different dimension learning motivation of higher vocational college students,and on this basis,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
