With the rapid development of the market,the degree of competition is also growing,almost everyone is under pressure.Although proper job stress canhave the effect of motivating,but in high pressure for a long time,often hinder the work schedule and reduce people's quality of life,even bring the negative effect of different level to the physical and mental.Career women should take into account the family and work,in the face of promotion "glass ceiling" barrier,combined with a variety of natural physiological,en ergy and other aspects of the restrictions,professional women work pressure is significantly greater than men.China occupational stressors for women has obvious characteristics,the main reason is that China has a history of thousands of years of male su periority,resulting in pressure on our professional women are more diversified,more representative.Firstly,the good employment units are less willing to hire professional women,the same ability to work in men is significantly higher than the female.The reason is that gender discrimination of the employment units is widespread.Employment authority considers unmarried career women soon to be married to have children,to take care of family,work will soon be faced with marriage and maternity leave and so on.In women during pregnancy,the enterprise can't resign or reduce the compensation,enterprise loss is bigger,so the enterprises will be citing professional women cannot dedicated work,try not to hire professional women.Second,the same excellent performance,the male recognition is higher than professional women.There will always be difficulties in their daily work,such as the difficult negotiations with the sword,and complex orders,etc.If male successfully completed,colleagues will be very recognition,and even take him as a learning object;But if women successfully completed,some people will suspect,such as women with abnormal means to get the order or have one to help,this is very not respect or fair to the ability of professional women.Finally,any enterprise will appear a certain degree of "glass ceiling" phenomenon,they think women have not appeal,etc.,even if professional women are perfect,the promotion "glass ceiling" phenomenon is inevitable.So professional women work stress levels are significantly greater than the male.Firstly,the article analyzes theoretically to foreign and domestic representative work stress and working pressure management theories.Secondly,with the most representative foreign pressure model,it proposes our country professional women work pressure model hypothesis,and investigates individual differences,pressure source and pressure reaction.Again,analyzes the pressure source correlation of professional women.Extract four pressure sources,that have the characteristics of Chinese professional women.Analyze the correlation of four major stressor and stress responses,obtaining five kinds of linear relations.Regression analysis are carried out on the individual differences,obtaining three kinds of differences have regulatory role and forms the final work pressure model.Finally,recommends organizations and individuals work stress management,and summarizes the shortcomings of this article.
