| Functional movement screening is a basic movement screening system. It can visually show the human body’s problems in mobility and stability through screening tests on the human body, and can be used to assess the human body’s restricted movement and weak movement. The chain plays an important role in improving sports performance and reducing the risk of injury.High-level athletes must adhere to systematic training all year round, prepare for various competitions, and bear loads that exceed their physical limits.Athletes continue to create sports performance, but also bear the risk of suffering from various injuries. This article uses literature data method, measurement method(functional movement screening),mathematical statistics method to study thigh-level football players in Inner Mongolia colleges and universities to understand the completion of the basic movements of high-level football players in colleges and universities,as well as the status of exclusion screening, and summarize their basic physical activities.Ability problems, analyze the correlation between the screening results and the age,BMI,and training years of football-specific students, and whether the screening results have significant differences between different genders, different positions on the field, and the opposite side of the habitual side.Explore the influencing factors of FMS performance of high-level football players. This study draws the following conclusions:1.21.8% of high-level football players in Inner Mongolia colleges and universities have FMS test scores below 14.These players have many problems with the basic movement patterns of the human body and have a higher risk of sports injuries.Soccer players have slightly less flexibility in the knee joints, ankle joints, and leg muscles.2.With the increase of age,the scores of shoulder flexibility and trunk stability of high-level football players in colleges and universities increased, and the scores of active straight knee and leg raising in supine position decreased. As BMI increased, shoulder flexibility test scores decreased and trunk stability push-up scores increased. With the increase of training years, the hurdle step score decreased and the rotational stability score increased.3.The results of functional movement screening of high-level football players in colleges and universities between different genders are as follows: the flexibility of the hip joint and the flexibility of the leg muscles of girls are better than those of boys, and the reflex stability of the core of boys is better than that of girls.4.There was no significant difference in the total score and individual score of the functional movement screening of high-level football players in colleges and universities between different positions on the field.Functional movement screening results of high-level college football players enable inter-individual comparisons in groups of mixed on-field positions.5.The hips, core parts, shoulders, and knees of high-level football players in colleges and universities have asymmetry on both sides of the body in terms of flexibility and stability, and the dominant side is better than the opposite side. |
