| China Table Tennis Club Super League(hereinafter referred to as the "Table Tennis Super League")is jointly organized by the China Table Tennis Association and CCTV boutique events,after nearly twenty years of development,the occupation and market development gradually improve stability.However,compared with other mature occupation league table tennis Super League,the situation is still not optimistic:the system is not perfect,low degree of social concern,the market slow progress is an important factor impeding the sustainable development of the table tennis super league.In this paper,using the method of literature,mathematical statistics,expert interviews,SWOT analysis of Table Tennis Super League development status,trend and internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and challenges deeply,at the same time for my Guoping Super League sustainable development and puts forward some opinions and suggestions.This paper is divided into the following sections:The first part is the introduction,mainly including the background,purpose,significance and literature review,the research significance mainly from three aspects of reform and development direction,the League league occupation development direction,the direction of development of table tennis;literature review from five aspects of internal League advantages and shortcomings and external opportunities and challenges and the use of SWOT analysis to the planning,and research contents and technique route,the research defined the core concept for the clear thinking.The second part is the research object and methods:using the method of literature,mathematical statistics,expert interview and SWOT analysis,collation,summary of the relevant data,and expert advice,provide a reference for this paper.The third part is the research results and analysis:This article from the Table Tennis Super League mode and organization form,clubs,athletes and spectators,the Organizing Committee and the future development trend of the six modules of the analysis:Table Tennis Super League future will move towards independence,marketization and internationalization trend of development,but the current Table Tennis Super League,market occupation slow process,social concern degree is low,propaganda means single,unclear property rights are still plagued by the development of Table Tennis Super League;the use of SWOT analysis on the Table Tennis Super League internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and challenges are analyzed and summed up the table tennis Super League four major advantages:first,the technical level of mass base,adequate back-up personnel,reform and perfect mechanism;four major disadvantages:the government too much power,unclear property rights,imperfect laws and regulations,League club development regional imbalance;Four opportunities:a variety of stable political environment,good economic environment,the development of globalization,media resources;four major challenges:the League market started relatively late,lack of professional talents,table tennis and other league loss of charm and entertainment control;based on the method of SWOT analysis on the sustainable development of Super League I Guoping strategy is put forward based on the advantage of opportunities(SO)strategy,advantage-Challenge(ST)portfolio strategy,weaknesses opportunities(WO)strategy,weaknesses and challenges(WT)combination strategy. |
