Research On The Influence Of Education Differences On The Income Inequality In China

Since China's reform and opening up,Chinese economic growth has made remarkable achievements.At the same time,economy is second only to the United States and came to the second in the world,per capita income also increased significantly.However,the allocation of wealth between different social groups is becoming more and more concern and attention.At present,our country is still at the primary stage of socialism,and the main way of distribution is distribution according to work,and labor is the main livelihood of laborer,and the labor is still the main source of income,and income and laborer's income and personal level of education are closely related.Therefore,by studying the education in our country differences influence on income distribution,education differences affect how the income inequality in China,narrowing income gap of residents in our country to improve the situation of income inequality in China,to realize the harmonious development of economy,has important theoretical and realistic significance.In this paper,on the basis of research results at home and abroad for reference,from theory and empirical aspects to study the education differences on the impact of income inequality in China.First of all,from qualitative and quantitative aspects to research carding domestic and foreign literature,and to found this article research angle of view,and to reference the standard for the world bank to divide 29 provinces,from the perspective of regional contrast in the analysis.Secondly,defining the education extension,the difference of education,the concept of income inequality,and putting forward the main adopted indicator in this paper;and analyzing the impact of education mechanism of income distribution,this paper introduces the theory of human capital and income inequality related.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the differences between education in different regions and the specific situation of income inequality,both made correlation analysis from the angle of statistics.Finally,using the panel data from 1995-2014,on different parts of the panel data unit root test,analysis of covariance,hausman test to determine each region set specific model,and carries on the regression analysis.The empirical results show that:(1)the areas of below average income and average income in narrowing of the difference of education can significantly improve the degree of income inequality,but the high income area of this relationship was not significant,even may appear the situation of the worsening income inequality;(2)the education expansion and income inequality between the inverted u-shaped relation,and the three areas are in education extension widening income inequality.(3)the improvement of urbanization level for middle-income places can improve income inequality,and of high income regions,with the improvement of urbanization level which are more significant negative effect on income inequality;(4)high income area private enterprise active degree of income inequality has a significant negative correlation relationship,and in middle-income places there is no such relationship.Finally,on the basis of theoretical and empirical analysis,based on the difference education,education level,the point of view of control variable area narrowing the difference of education put forward policy Suggestions to improve income inequality.
