On the basis of inheriting the wisdom experience of millennial practical experience of Zen education longitudinally,Zen education methodology grafts modern western Gestalt Psychology's "epiphany" theory,philosophical phenomenology(including physical phenomenology),and postmodern critical philosophy's "personal knowledge" concept horizontally at the same time.It deducts and transforms the original educational theory of "internal teacher","exterior good knowledge",and before(anti)independent learning stage" and so on,echoing the external knowledge system,teacher teaching and management,scholar self learning and physical and mental,and arising the theory of confusion three from the separation of contradictions among them.According to methodological transformation experience about Zen as the external religion of Buddhism,Law,Monk transforming into the "self-nature Sambo" in the self-mind,Zen education methodology points out the necessity of the education development of learning thinking path converting under the context of knowledge explosion.Zen education methodology think education can not be rigidly adhere to a particular time and space or form,always there is the possibility of education everywhere.Personification teachers,managers,relatives and classmates with teacher's educational significance,even including the natural environment,cultural relics,real events,books,objective knowledge and giving people education enlightenment of the knowledge environment and all people good and evil are the"exterior good knowledge".It and "intrinsic teacher" have homology nature,mutual mapping,each mirror.In other words,it's materialized or externalized state of"internal teacher".From the perspective of subject learning,everyone has an"inner teacher" in their heart.Under the guidance of "exterior good knowledge",it stripped of the concept of real teacher's external image building by their own nature.Thus,it enlightens educational nature through the knowledge converting and individual spiritual channel.It is the inherent basis of "exterior good knowledge",and also the ultimate root of education which combines the purpose of external education with inherent the highest self.The fundamental purpose of education is through "exterior good knowledge" continuous work to let "internal teacher" to be completely awakened.Regardless of the students,teachers,managers,only they enlighten "internal teachers",so it can ensure the appropriate method and the correct path under the guidance of "internal teachers".Zen education methodology requires the "inner teacher" as the integration of basic education theory and practice of education beliefs to be faith,requires bringing epiphany thinking into the basic education system,programming,creative talent and thinking training to be considered again;objective "personal coefficient" that must be personal and personalized in the knowledge.It embodies the individual to explore the enthusiasm,quality beliefs,thinking characteristics and other unspeakable knowledge of the "personal coefficient".It must be regarded as the core technology of education methodology to give special attention;emphasizing the right candidates,that is individualized teachers and managers in the field of education in the role of the soul.There is a long "self-learning" or "anti-autonomy" stage before the student's "inner teacher",which requires external teachers and decrees to be"internal teachers" to obey and faith.Not only should not play the false sense of the main body,but need to digest all self-righteousness of the concept of perseverance.It should modestly and fully absorb the external educational resources to rich "internal teachers" concept image,and actively adjust the physical and mental to the smooth channels of knowledge converting the in order to begin of a truly independent self-learning,self-creation and creation of self-life experience under the awakening of "inner teachers".Zen education methodology requires in the outside of acceptance of the objective criteria of social evaluation to introduce subjective standards from the root of"internal teachers",such as the feeling of physical participation,the sense of freedom of poetic aesthetic,the sense of philosophical intuitive,the freshness of original knowledge,the body temperature feeling of publicity personality,the surprise sense of randomly happen,the integrity of the deep sense of harmony and so on.It think the quality of education situation with the root of the halo and strong charm that practical teachers and students create in the scene of the moment is irreducible uniqueness.This is the education in the era of mechanical reproduction of the conduct and dignity.Zen education methodology pursues their own characteristics,and guides the future of basic education,so it gradually change it's rigid and embarrassing quality and anti-spiritual education tendencies.
