Students learning outcomes have become the core content of American higher education quality evaluation.Students learning outcomes evaluation provides the most important evidence which can show the effectiveness of every college.But it is not very specific and clear for the assessment items index of vocational students learning outcomes,which is difficult to quantitatively operate.employers as the most important evaluation party,who does not often participate in the process of assessment of students learning outcomes,enhance,the higher vocational students learning outcomes can enrich the assessment theory of higher vocational students,develop teaching activities,have the most significant realistic meaning for the employers who have definite needs for the talents.This research mainly take comparative and empirical research methods to take the research on the indicators of social evaluation of students' learning outcomes in higher vocational colleges,and the situation analysis and the difference research of social employer of students' learning outcomes.The content of thesis covers some aspects of following:Firstly,research on indicators of social evaluation of students' learning outcomes in Higher Vocational colleges.Through combing the documents from different scholars and academic institutions of home and abroad which is related to the research of students learning outcomes dimensions,it defines the direction of students learning outcomes,has an oriented role in further research.through the index questionnaire survey which includes 110 members of employing unit which higher vocational graduates working at,depend on project analysis and elements analysis to analyze and discuss the scale of higher vocational students learning outcomes assessment,which includes four dimensions,which are mastery of basic knowledge,the capacity of essential work,the ability of innovation,psychological quality and ethics.Then the research use factor analysis to determine the weights of the first level index and the two level index.Secondly,the analysis of current situation of social evaluation of higher vocational students learning outcomes assessment.First of all,using the method of descriptive analysis to study the overall situation of the evaluation of student achievement of the social employers.We draw two conclusions through the ways of signal factor variance analysis and descriptive analysis,it shows that different scale employer units indicate that the larger scale of the needs of students,the higher the standards will be.The requirement of private enterprise,individuality and sino-foreign joint venture or enterprise are changed the most frequently.Government agencies,the requirement of scientific research institutions and non-government or non-profit organizations are varied fewest.At last,Finally,the independent sample T test was used to analyze the differences of vocational school students' learning outcomes,between social evaluation and school evaluation,concluded that higher vocational colleges need to strengthen the requirements of students in three aspects,which are subject knowledge of frontier scientific,practical ability,innovative skills and application.
