This subject is trying to set up a bridge between all the students and the differences between students,will dissolve into layered teaching thought in the teaching of the learning plans teaching carrier,will further explore and research the concept of layered learning plans definition,design principles,operation process and the problems in classroom practice on the basis of informed study,to solve the difficult position of current teaching in my school.Hope to enrich the layered learning plans material,establish reference case of layered leaning plans.To provide the basis available to reference for deeper research.In this study,the author first read a large amount of literature to define the concept such as learning plans?layered teaching ?layered learning plans and then sum up the research status at home and abroad about layered learning plans.After study the theoretical basis of learning plans and layered teaching deeply,the author puts forward the theoretical basis of the layered leaning plans.Then determine the design principles of layered leaning plans,detailing the operation procedure of layered leaning plans,including student's layering ? prepare lessons layering ? classroom teaching?homeworking teaching?coach layering?estimate layering and apply it to two different class type include new courses ? review courses in high school biology teaching.The author used the action research method when apply to specific teaching,select three sections in the fourth unit in pep edition.In order to grasp the key of layered learning plans to layering,make student's layering more scientific and reasonable.A test is carried out for the students' learning foundation in a form of a test paper and a invest is carried out for the students' non-intelligence factors by questionnaire survey method in the beginning of the study.Combined the testing results with the results of questionnaire survey and observation of the students at ordinary times to layer student reasonably.In the process of application the observation method will be used to observe and record carefully the performance of the students before class?class?after class.In the process of application,the case that have practiced in the previous section need to be analyzed and the teaching efficiencyit has generated need to be reflection,in order to make suggestions to operate the later section more better.Through constant reflection and improved practice to make the best of layered leaning plans.After apply layered leaning plans a period of time,the student detection test show that most of the students' test score were improved.finally,the author used questionnaire and interview method to further tracking survey find that layered leaning plans can promote student's leaning autonomy ?leaning interest?leaning motivation in biology,also help to teacher's growth,promote the positive and effective interaction.
