| The level of competitive sports is the the external appearance of a country's comprehensive strength,and the equality of the reserve talents of competitive sports relates to the level of compe titive sports development.Volleyball is one of China's traditional predominant sports events,its reserve talents cultivation has been the main focus of sports research.The development of volleyball in Fujian Province has a long history,as one of China's major provinces outputting athletic talents,in the course of many years of competitive volleyball reserve talents cultivation work,Fujian Province has transported Zhimin Hong,JiaWei Wang,Meizhu Zheng,Yuzhu Hou and other men and women elite athletes,as well as the outstanding Zhonghe Chen,coach of China Women's National Volleyball Team.Along with the construction and use of China Women's National Volleyball Team training base in Zhangzhou,the atmosphere of Fujian Province's competitive volleyball training even becomes stronger and stronger,which promotes the orderly conduct of competitive volleyball talent cultivation and other work.For more in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the cultivation situations of Fujian Province's junior women competitive volleyball reserve talents,and proposing cultivation strategies for such reserve talents,the author,through the use of literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,carries out in-depth research by targeting at the cultivation situations and modes of Fujian Province's indoor six-person competitive volleyball junior women reserve talents as study objects and combined with the current practice of Fujian Province's competitive volleyball junior women reserve talents cultivation work.The following conclusions are achieved by studying: 1.The training atmosphere of Fujian Province's competitive volleyball junior women athletes is strong;2.The selection work of Fujian Province's competitive volleyball junior women athletes is meticulous and in place;3.The structure of the age and job title of the coaches of Fujian Province's competitive volleyball junior women reserve talents is reasonable;4.The athletic level of Fujian Province's competitive volleyball junior women reserve talents needs to be improved;5.The level of education and scientific research capability of the coaches of Fujian Province's competitive volleyball junior women athletes need to be improved;6.The reserve training venue of Fujian Province's competitive volleyball junior women athletes is deficient,so is the expenditure;7.The cultivation quality of Fujian Province's competitive volleyball junior women reserve talents is uneven;8.The training mode of Fujian Province's competitive volleyball junior women reserve talents needs to be optimized.Based on the conclusion of the aforesaid study,the author,on the basis of summarizing the historical experience of cultivation modes of the domestic athletics volleyball reserve talents,learns from the essences of the cultivation modes of foreign competitive volleyball reserve talents,according to the basic law of the basic situations in Fujian Province and the basic law of the competitive volleyball development,following the principle of coexistence of university and improvement,principle of integration of physical education and cultural education,the principle of coordinated development and the principle of diversification co-construction,integrates the training resources for Fujian Province's competitive volleyball junior women reserve talents,in order to fully construct a diversified competitive volleyball reserve talents cultivation mode as "with school volleyball club cultivation as the primary role,and corporate and family cultivation as the subsidiary role "(referred to as " diversified school club " mode),with a view to promoting a virtuous cycle of reserve talents cultivation,and thereby makes a number of suggestions for the reference of integrated development of Fujian Province' competitive volleyball junior reserve talents. |
