This research aimed to study the satisfaction of the Thailand native Chinese teachers and Volunteer Chinese teachers at U-Thong middle school students,Thailand.By considering the different demographic characteristics of students.This study using satisfaction evaluation questionnaire to collect data from U-Thong school students(Chinese class).From first year high school students to third year high school students.In comparison between Thai Teachers and Chinese Teachers.The thesis is divided into five chapters.Introduction elaborated the paper research including the research background and significance of study,related research review,the relevant theory and the research content and methodology.The first chapter expounds the general situation of U-Thong school,Including U-Thong middle school characteristic analysis of Chinese teachers in comparison to Thai teachers.The third chapter discussed U-Thong middle school students Chinese learning environment,including the problems and obstacles in the process of studying Chinese.The fourth chapter analyses the questionnaire of U-Thong middle school students towards Chinese and Thai teachers teaching satisfaction analysis,including four aspects:1,the student satisfaction towards teacher's character and personality.2,the student satisfaction towards Chinese teachers and Thai teachers to arrangement of teaching activities.3,student satisfaction toward teacher's teaching and useful of curriculum content to daily life.4,the student satisfaction toward teacher's teaching evaluation methods.The fifth chapter,according to the above problems found in combination with Chinese and Thai teachers in U-thong middle school,Chinese teacher's advice,the last part of the paper outlines the relevant conclusions.The article can be divided into 4 parts:the first part is the survey asked the satisfaction level of students towards teachers personality;the second part is about teaching activities arrangement satisfaction;the third part is to survey the usefulness of curriculum contents in daily life;the fourth part is to survey the satisfaction towards evaluation methods of teachers;.Through the analysis of the data,calculate the percentage and the frequency of the continuous statistical test to compare the data.The result shown that,students who learned Chinese course with Thai teacher A and Chinese volunteer teacher A,students in this group had overall satisfaction of Thai teacher A higher than Chinese volunteer teacher A in every aspects.However,the students who studied with Thai teacher B and Chinese teacher B;students in this group had overall satisfaction of Chinese volunteer teacher B higher than Thai teacher B in every aspect.When separated into each year in High-school.There were no different on first year high-school students'satisfaction toward teachers' characteristics,contents of course,course measurements and evaluation for both of the teachers;second year high school students had different level of satisfactions toward teachers' characteristics,contents of course,course measurements and evaluation for one level.And third year high school students had teachers' characteristics,contents of course,course measurements and evaluation differed for one level,too.
