Strategic Research And Cause Analysis On Thailand Junior High School Students Classroom Behavioral Problems In Chinese Class

Since Economic Reform in 1978, China’s economic growth has been very rapid, exceeding other East Asian countries. China also has one of world’s best economic performance in the 21st century. The success of China’s economic policies brings enormous effect to her relationship with other countries, including Thailand. Recently, almost every aspect of China-Thailand relations has gradually developed, in aspects of economic trade and socio cultural relations. Chinese language has become more of a second language and also a medium of exchange in Thailand, therefore leading to more and more students wanting to study Chinese Language. However, each student has different characteristics and needs. Hence, it is important for Chinese teachers to have comprehensive understanding of each student’s needs.The main objective of this study is to conduct a survey on the behavioral problems Thailand Junior High School Chinese Language Students encounter. This study combines literature, survey and interview method to reveal classroom behavioral problems of Thailand Junior High School students, causes of the problem and the influence of this problem on classroom teaching. In order to get a deeper understanding of this problem, we must observe students classroom behavior, their learning attitude, teacher’s teaching attitude and the educational environment in Thailand. Finally, based on this situation, we will provide classroom teaching strategies and suggestions.The academic value of this study is as following:This research will be based on management and project management theories, thus it will provide more insight into how to apply these management theories to increase the effectiveness of the real classroom teaching.
