A Study On The Third Party Evaluation Of Social Organization Services

In recent years,the rapid development of social organizations and the growing demand for government to purchase social services,how to monitor and evaluate social organizations to undertake social services is a very worthy of discussion,and third-party assessment agencies as an independent third party is accompanied by Similar problems and continue to appear,and in the whole process of the project plays an important role.At present,the evaluation of the third party evaluation institution is still in the early stage of development.There will be many problems in the process of assessment.This paper is mainly based on the Suzhou Industrial Park Social Innovation and Development Center as the third evaluation side of the Suzhou Industrial Park W Street in 2016 Organization for the people to support the project to monitor and evaluate the study of third-party assessment.The specific contents of the study include the details of the project of the party organization for the people in the W16 street of Suzhou Industrial Park in 2016,the problems and countermeasures in the process of project evaluation,the problems and countermeasures of the third party evaluation in the assessment and Problems and countermeasures to reflect on the whole assessment process.In this paper,I used the three main research methods of questionnaire,interview and observation to understand the operation of the project from the microcosmic perspective and the evaluation of the whole project.Through the study of the evaluation of the third party assessment agencies found the problems in social organizations and third-party assessment agencies in the project process and make corresponding recommendations.On the one hand,this study is to summarize the experience of social organizations to undertake the project,to provide appropriate reference for nurturing and hatching social organizations,to promote the continuous development and improvement of social organizations to better undertake social service projects,and to make the socialization of social services;On the other hand this study is to promote the third party assessment agencies to improve the assessment process to ensure that the problems encountered in the assessment of the objectivity and impartiality of the assessment of the third party assessment agencies in the direction of professional and standardized development.
