The development of science and technology,which is represented by the internet and information technology,and the economic development characterized by globalization are changing the competitive environment of enterprises,especially the competitive of talents."People first" has become the common sense of human resource management.And the welfare is paid much more attention than before as its important function of comprehensive compensation management.Especially the flexible welfare,which is giving employees the right to choose,as well as incentives and other characteristics of concern,has been attracted by more and more attention since it is playing a huge role in attracting and retaining talents.In this paper,it is found that the employee has low degree of satisfaction through the investigation of the employees' welfare.By analyzing the existing problems of welfare,this thesis takes the implementation of flexible welfare plan as a breakthrough,which is learned from the internet business and its product designing thinking.Starting from the analyses of the demands of both enterprises and employees,the overall framework of flexible welfare plan of “core welfare + flexible welfare+ incentive welfare” is built according to the enterprise's own resources.The flexible welfare score was determined for the employee to choose their own welfare on the platform.The cross sectoral team is established in order to encourage the employees' participation in the design of the welfare compositions.Then,there comes out six parts of the welfare platform,which is risk protection,health management,wealth management,life and leisure,education and growth,public welfare.In communication design,the application of rich mobile Internet media benefits to maintain interaction with the employees.The flexible welfare plan is further pushed to land to verify its effectiveness.Finally,this paper summarizes the experience and the prospect of the flexible welfare plan of the education group.The innovation of this paper is that the design of flexible welfare program comes from the idea of Internet enterprise and its product design.And the practice in Zhuoyue education group also proves that a good user thinking and user-centered interaction is useful for meeting the needs of employees in flexible welfare designing.In addition,the study of the flexible welfare program in the education sector is hoped to be helpful to the human resources practitioners in industry and other fields.
