The Intervention In The Petition System Of Social Work Practice Based On The Emotional ABC Theory

In the current petition system,some of the reasonable requirements from the crowd can not get the support of the complaint divisions.The main reason is that,in the process of social system,there is a fracture among the reason,the Emotion and the law.The Social worker,taking the ideas of ? aintaining the legitimate interests of the case?as the starting point and standpoint,based on the principle of individualization,can solve the problems caused by the disconnection between reason and law through certain professional technology,to some extent.t.The fracture among the reason,the emotion and the law also constitutes a space of social worker's intervention in the petition system.This paper takes the case of Shenzhen Social Security Fund Management Bureau as an example,taking the Emotional ABC theory as instruction,using rational emotional therapy,applying the various Knowledge of sociology,psychology and other related disciplines,to present the social worker's intervention in the petition system,including the operation process and skills.
