| As the aging problem of our country deteriorating,the amount of disabled elderly has been increasing every year.China in an "aging but not affluent society" will face large challenge on aging industry and caring for disability elderly.And in reality,public pension institutions plays an important role in our country's pension system,it undertakes a very big responsibility in terms of disabled elderly nursing,since the traditional mode of family supporting couldn't bear the burden.The disability elderly live in the pension agency feels burdened by the families,they had more depressive and anxious emotions than healthy older people,so they need more care and support.However,nursing in the existing pension agency of disability elderly caters all disabled elderly without difference,whilst they have not provided extra help to the dementia elderly.Aside from this problem,in most institutions,the study and practical affairs about disabled elderly basically remain in the material level and spend the majority of their resource and energy on that instead of focusing on the spiritual demands of the disabled elderly.To summarize,it is essential to conduct more research and exploration on the spiritual aspect of the disabled elderly.On the basis of comprehensive reviews the literatures and a study on field to enter the pension agency in Nanjing,as the objective of this study was the disabled elderly,the spiritual demands of the disabled elderly are fully acquired.In the study,the team work were used to support the disabled elderly.Based on the work above,the disabled elderly were seperated into three groups,disabled elder group,mild or moderate dementia elder,severe dementia elder.To examine the effect,we examined the Geriatric Depression Scale(GDS)of the intervening groups at the pre-test,the post-test.Afterwards the work effects were evaluated and analyzed,and finally the methods of social service on disabled elderly were explored theoretically and practically. |
