| Preschool education is the starting point of the lifelong education,life is the important stage of growth.It on children’s physical and mental development and future development has a crucial effect,good preschool education,to lay a solid foundation for children’s lifelong happiness,can realize the education fair,to a certain extent,let all children are fairly stood at the starting line in life.In recent years,with the continuous progress of the reform,education system reform has achieved initial success.In terms of pre-school education,the state put forward the "two legs to walk," the development of ideas,advocate the establishment of "public park for the demonstration,private park as the main" pattern of the park.In most parts of China,the number of public kindergartens and thus a substantial reduction in the number of private kindergarten is a substantial increase in the "two legs to walk" pattern seems to have been formed.On the face of it,this educational program has largely met the diverse needs of the masses of pre-school education,but it is found that in different regions,the effectiveness of planning is not the same.In most cities,public kindergartens only a small part of the total number of kindergartens,in the school has become a benchmark and demonstration,and the characteristics of private kindergartens bear most of the pre-school education responsibility,became the main force of pre-school education.However,this teaching system in China’s rural areas is not optimistic.Due to the lack of adequate financial support,rural private kindergarten showing a disorderly development of the embarrassing situation.In this paper,the author investigates the general situation of pre-school education in rural areas of Songming County from the aspects of children,teachers,school construction and fund investment.The development and achievements of pre-school education in Songming County in recent years are analyzed.On the basis of the existing research,we should understand the problems in the reform and development of preschool education in Songming County,discuss the root cause of the formation of the problem,and put forward some simple suggestions on how to strengthen the government management,improve the current situation of rural pre-school education and promote the development of preschool education The idea.The author believes that from the perspective of public product theory,rural pre-school education has quasi-public property attributes,combined with educational equity theory and market failure theory analysis,government departments have the responsibility to provide the public with pre-school education quality and efficient services.This service is generally reflected in four aspects:First,the pre-school education should be stripped of basic education,developed a rich design concept,into the local characteristics of rural pre-school education and teaching system;the second is to increase financial support for pre-school education,Social vulnerable groups to give appropriate financial tilt,to encourage social forces to create Pratt&Whitney and welfare kindergarten.Third,we must establish pre-school education supervision and inspection mechanism,increase the pre-school education institutions to check and urge efforts to alleviate the uneven distribution of educational resources,urban and rural education gap.Fourth,the government should establish a sense of legislation,from the legal guarantee of rural pre-school education in an orderly development. |
