The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: "We must strive to make every student enjoy fair and quality education." With the continuous development of society,the pursuit of fair and high-quality equalization of basic public education services has become a social public.A key focus for the field of education.Inclusive education encourages every student to receive high-quality school education equally,which coincides with the realization of the equalization of basic public education services.Strengthening the construction of basic public education services and achieving equalization of basic public education services will play an extremely important role in meeting the needs of the people,achieving educational equity,and maintaining social harmony and stability.From the perspective of inclusive education,this paper takes the equalization of basic public education services in Yiyang City as the research object.Through relevant data collation and field investigation and research,it is found that the equalization of basic public education services in Yiyang City has been invested in finance and running schools in recent years.Conditions,educational resources and other aspects have been greatly improved,but there are still some problems,mainly reflected in the unequal aspects of basic public education services between regions and between urban and rural areas in terms of educational opportunities,educational processes and quality of education.The author comprehensively analyzes the causes of the problem from the three aspects of urban-rural dual structure,large number of rural transfer populations,and imperfect basic public education service mechanisms.At the same time,in order to give more targeted countermeasures,the author draws on the relevant experience of the the United Kingdom and Weifang,and finally combines the benefits of Yiyang,and gives six suggestions: multi-party joint efforts to promote balanced development of regional economy and create a good education school.Environment,strengthen capital investment and transfer payment construction,improve the education system level-by-level supervision and accountability mechanism,strictly establish unified school standards,optimize teacher training and excellent resource allocation.As an important way to improve personal quality,education is closely related to the growth and development of everyone in social life.Education fairness is the most basic and important fairness.Only by realizing its ability to lay a solid foundation for building social equity can we achieve the overall improvement of the overall quality of the nation and inject new vitality into the development of the country's economic construction.The equalization of basic public education services in Yiyang City has a long way to go.It is expected that this study will provide reference for the promotion of equalization of basic public education services in Yiyang City and other regions of China.
