Research On Education Management Of University Entrepreneurship

Based on the current situation of university students' employment diversification,how under the new situation puts forward a feasible path of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities management,set up the pioneering teaching concept,perfecting the curriculum,forming education strategy and the management mechanism,has become a key research direction in university management workers.At the same time,the effective support of the government is also an important guarantee for entrepreneurs to start their own businesses.On the basis of university education aim and students characteristics,the government should be targeted puts forward optimizing college students' entrepreneurship support policy,perfect the policies and regulations and supporting service system,for college students self-employment,establish and improve the system security do university management and policy support,to form the virtuous cycle of "entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities",effectively promote the sustainable development of the national economy and enhance economic vitality,guide the allocation of resources to optimize the direction of development.This paper introduces the improving the construction of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities management system and the state of the importance of effective policy support at the same time,discusses entrepreneurship education and curriculum,starting from the background and significance of entrepreneurship education,has carried on the related to the concept definition,and with A college for the specific case,and through questionnaire investigation and interview with field research and comprehensive way to explore the students' entrepreneurial awareness,entrepreneurial process and entrepreneurial disorder,on the practical significance to explore how to effectively promote the entrepreneurship education of colleges and universities.
