The Research Of The Entrepreneurship Supportive Policy For College Students In Guangzhou

Entrepreneurial public service is one of the contents of the government's public service function.College students' entrepreneurship is concerned by the government and universities because of their identity attributes and behavior-oriented.Under the help and support of external aid,the failure rate of college students' entrepreneurship project is high.The project is facing many problems such as capital,project,talent,technology and market.Thus promoting the employment of college students to become the government for college students groups an important part of public services.Under the policy environment of "public entrepreneurship and innovation",the local government has given policy support to the innovation and entrepreneurship of university students by policy follow-up,local economic development and social innovation.As the first batch of pilot projects to create entrepreneurial cities in China,City,Guangzhou City in college students entrepreneurship to provide a systematic support policy.In this paper,the literature analysis,questionnaires and interviews were conducted to explore the support policies of college students in Guangzhou.The purpose of this study was to explore the policy characteristics and deficiencies of entrepreneurship support policies in Guangzhou.On this basis,the suggestions to improve college students' entrepreneurial support policies.The main idea is through the literature collection and questionnaires,Guangzhou University students entrepreneurship policy text systematically combing the policy of college students at the same time group awareness of the questionnaire survey,combined with government policies and questionnaire findings on the basis of the domestic advanced city Employment entrepreneurship experience,Guangzhou City,entrepreneurship support policies to make recommendations.Thirdly,perfecting the public service outsourcing of undergraduates' entrepreneurship;fourthly,building up the supportive policies of entrepreneurship support based on the theory of entrepreneurship support;secondly,The fifth is to guide social capital to participate in the process of college students 'venture financing;sixth,to improve the environment for innovation and entrepreneurship,and to create an atmosphere for innovation and entrepreneurship;and finally,to enhance the students' ability to innovate and start their own businesses.
