"Flash Marriage" Influenced The Stability Of The Rural Marriage

In the field of marriage and family is migrant workers live a very important aspect,has important research value.Since China's reform and opening up,rapid expansion of urbanization brought profound changes to rural society,affects all aspects of the rural society,including farmer's marriage,"flash marriage" is the new generation of migrant workers in the new era under the background of special marriage form.This article adopts the method of qualitative research to Fujian Putian Q village as a case,through participatory observation and semi-structured interview method to collect data,on the basis of data analysis,explore the new generation of migrant workers flash marriage phenomenon of marital stability problem,analysis of the village youth marriage how to survival,the flash marriage and flash marriage young marriage is difficult to sustain.In this paper,using the perspective of social exchange theory on rural migrant youth flash marriage phenomenon,and the marriage stability is analyzed.This study found that the rural youth's choice of flash maniage is a kind of rational behavior after full consideration.Caused by three reasons:first,labor economy to the instability of flow and city marriage market exclusion of young workers is macro factors;Second,the villages to studying ideas,face the competition and demonstration effect is the village foundation of peer groups;Thirdly,under the patriarchal parents urge marriage,flash marriage of the low cost of marriage is the direct factors.This study found that the village youth flash marriage relationship is relatively stable,the village there are a series of support mechanism for the flash marriage youth marriage:first,the flash marriage youth's choice of local wedding,ensure their marriage under the kinship network supervision and mediation;Second,the village young workers pay attention to meet the functional requirements,flash marriage when the couple emotional discord can still keep the relationship of marriage under the transactional cooperation:hird,flash marriage divorce youth will face public opinion,the villa(ge children(to worry about the high economic costs such as resistance,divorce,prompting them to keep the relationship of marriage.But flash marriage concluded the marriage is not perfect,because the village open flash marriage young marriage,they are eager to get emotional satisfaction from marriage.improve the quality of marriage,combined with the local labor economy under village specification to the marriage restriction function abate,marriage has changed from village event to family and individual,village in recent years,the phenomenon of the flash marriage youth divorce.Unlike previous studies,this study on the basis of the survey found that young village flash marriage relationship is relatively stable,this is due to the high price in the process of flash marriage phenomenon,high price on the one hand to provide material support for the family,on the other hand increased the cost of divorce,yes.In addition,the village traditional studying concept affects the flash marriage youth marital stability,the idea of reproduction,both can keep the relationship of a low quality of marriage,also can destroy a relationship harmonious marriage.
