Research On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Loyalty

Loyalty is the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation,is the product of uniform noble humanity quality and behavior,is the basic moral norms between people get along with and follow,as a kind of the universality of the bottom line with unvarying moral standards.No matter what year it is,no matter where a country,a lack of loyalty to the quality of people is likely to become a truly make a difference.Loyalty made correct faith,dedication,tenacious will character and ethics,big faithful love,and the execution of the right ability,only to others,to the party,to the people,loyal to the motherland,to inspire the other nature of mind,can we make the quality and give full play to utility,should be a socialism core values under the people’s pursuit of mainstream values.In the mutual struggle of various social trends of thought and values,strengthening the loyalty quality of college students can help them establish the correct value orientation,love the ideal belief of the party patriotic determination to achieve talent,and take an active part in the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream.Based on the discussion on loyalty quality of college students at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the concept of loyalty quality of college students,objectively analyzes the inner constitution and external manifestation of loyalty quality of college students,and then expounds the necessity of strengthening loyalty quality of college students.Through designing the questionnaire and carrying out the questionnaire survey way to carry out the investigation and the data collected the analysis,understand the present situation of the college students loyalty quality training,find out the existing problems of the college students loyalty quality training,and analyze the reasons for the problems.Finally,the effective measures to strengthen the loyalty quality training of college students are put forward from the aspects of concept cultivation,theory perfection,practice exploration,environment shaping and evaluation system.
