| Ankang City is a state-level poverty continuous area.With the exception of Pingli County,the remaining 9 counties and districts are all poor counties.The implementation of the "Education and Poverty Alleviation Plan" for poor counties,the promotion of high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education,and the overall improvement of the overall quality of students is a difficult task.task.It is an important content of the education to help the poor to improve the health of students,and the good development of extra-curricular sports activities is a strong guarantee for the health of primary and secondary school students.This paper adopts the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logic analysis.This paper studies the guiding ideology,education value publicity,content form,participation of teachers and students,sports teachers and facilities of sports venues in rural primary and middle schools in the poor county of ankang.The main conclusions are as follows: First,rural primary and secondary schools in poor counties of ankang city are in poor and backward mountainous areas,with backward economic conditions,inconvenient transportation,and little funding,so that the extracurricular sports activities of rural primary and secondary schools in poor counties of ankang can not be effectively guaranteed.According to the investigation,the early exercise and classroom exercise of rural primary and secondary schools in the poor counties of Ankang can not be set up according to the requirements of the state.The content and form of extracurricular sports activities are single;Extracorporeal physical training is not guaranteed;Students ’extracurricular sports activities are mainly in the form of independent activities.Second,although there has been some improvement in rural primary and middle school physical education teachers in the poor counties of Ankang,there is still a lack of introduction of high-level teachers with high academic qualifications.Schools still do not meet the proportion of equipment required by the state,and there is a serious imbalance in the gender ratio of male and female teachers.The aging of physical education teachers is serious.Lack of young teachers reserve army.Third,the sports venues,equipment and facilities in rural primary and middle schools in poor Ankang counties have improved greatly in recent years,and the facilities in schools close to urban areas can basically meet the needs of daily activities,but the facilities in rural schools in most remote areas are seriously inadequate.And very old,showing a state of polarization.Fourth,parents are not aware of extracurricular sports activities,and generally attach importance to students ’cultural class results.They believe that learning is good and that there is an understanding of using housework instead of sports activities,thus ignoring extracurricular sports,so that extracurricular sports activities can not be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the state.Fifth,school leaders are one-sided in their pursuit of the promotion rate,and lack of understanding of the work of the school in carrying out extracurricular sports activities.There are still concepts of the main and secondary subjects in their thoughts,which are reflected in their academic ideas and measures for governing schools,and attach importance to the scientific and cultural qualities of students.The tendency to emphasize education and sports is more serious.Although corresponding adjustments have also been made in the course of curriculum reform,the strength in the implementation process is still not enough.Formalism and "it is important to say and do it."
