Under the background of information age,teachers' teaching in network environment is of great importance to the informatization level of teachers.In order to improve the informatization level of teachers,the state has introduced the training project of teacher information application ability.The training program includes teachers' network learning.Obviously,teachers' network learning has become an important way of teacher training,whether teachers can adapt to online learning,and how the teachers' network learning behavior should be discussed and studied in depth.This paper takes Chinese teachers in junior middle school as the research object,trying to collect a lot of behavioral data on the network platform,so teachers can better finish their learning through the analysis of the results feedback.The research methods of this paper include: literature research method,social network analysis and statistical analysis method.The content of this article is mainly divided into the following parts,The first part is the introduction.It introduces the research background,research progress at home and abroad,summarizes the main work,the method,purpose and significance of the research.The second part is the theoretical basis.It introduces the concepts and theoretical basis related to this article.The third part is the preliminary preparation of the study.It introduces the classification of teachers' online learning behavior and carries out statistical analysis on the basic information of the training teachers.The fourth part is the core part of the thesis.First,learning behavior teachers described the current situation analysis,and then analyzes the current status of teachers' online learning behaviors,and analyzes the causes of the differences in online learning behaviors.And analyze the relationship between training teachers online learning behavior and performance.Finally,the author has carried on the overall summary and the summary to the analysis result of this article,and proposed some research inspirations,explained the research existence limitation,proposed the next direction of research.Through the analysis of the teacher network learning behavior data,the study found that the teachers on the network platform to learn enthusiasm high,but the teacher network learning is basically shallow study.The author obtains some enlightenment from the research conclusion.One is to improve the learning motivation of training teachers and overcome the psychological barriers to learning on the Internet platform.The second is to optimize the design of the platform to providebetter learning resources for the training teachers;Third,to further train teachers' higher level of competence.
