A Research Of The Realization Way Of Moral Education Function In Universities

Since the reform and opening up,moral education has been highly valued by the party and the state,and throughout the whole process of educational reform and development.At the National Conference on Ideological and political work in Colleges and universities,general secretary Xi Jinping also stressed that moral education should be run through the whole process of education and teaching.It is necessary to adhere to the central link of moral education,to realize the whole process of educating and educating people in all directions,and to create a new situation for the development of higher education in China.Colleges and universities are important positions of moral education.It is an important place for training talents.With the development of society and the changes of the times,new requirements are put forward for the training of talents in Colleges and universities.Traditional moral education will face many challenges.How to effectively give full play to the function of moral education in Colleges and universities and to cultivate talents with high ideological and political quality and good quality for the society need to be studied in depth from the theoretical and practical level.This paper,taking the function of moral education as the focus,adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire survey and interview and so on.Through the analysis of the connotation,content and realization way of moral education function,we can find out the function of moral education in Colleges and universities and the ways to realize it.Through questionnaires and interviews,we can understand the current situation of moral education in Colleges and universities,and find some problems.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter,the introduction.The background,purpose,significance,train of thought and method of this topic are mainly elaborated,and the relevant research results are summarized and summarized to find a breakthrough in this study.The second chapter is an overview of the function of moral education in Colleges and universities.This article mainly introduces and analyzes the connotation of the function of moral education in Colleges and universities.Mainly from the ideological leading function,social radiation function,cohesion incentive function,the function of constraint and normative function,four aspects of functional analysis are carried out.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of the realization of moral education function in Colleges and universities.Taking Yangtze University as an object of investigation,a questionnaire survey and interview were conducted from two aspects of students and teachers to the current situation of moral education and function realization in Colleges and universities.The survey shows that colleges and universities attach importance to moral education,and effectively implement the guiding and radiating functions of moral education through classroom teaching and extracurricular practice.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems and causes of the realization of moral education in Colleges and universities.The results show that there are some main problems in the realization of moral education function in Colleges and Universities: the knowledge of moral education is not enough,the degree of moral knowledge and professional course is not high,the professional moral level of the teachers is poor,the environment of the campus moral education is weak and the campus moral education system is not sound;the influencing factors are: the students' attitude of learning is not enough.Moral education is inadequate;the importance of teachers' professional ethics construction is not enough;the construction of moral education system is not perfect.The fifth chapter is the way to realize the function of moral education in Colleges and universities.The main ways to realize the function of moral education in Colleges and universities are as follows: one is to strengthen the classroom teaching of moral education in school and to improve the guiding function of moral education;two,to improve the environment of moral education in the campus and to enrich the incentive function of moral education;the three is to improve the management system of moral education and strengthen the function of the norms and constraints of the behavior quality;and the four is the high inheritance and innovation.School moral education construction,expand the function of moral education radiation influence.
