The shape of a person's character and conduct standard largely depends on what kind of education he received in his youth.The middle school students are in the adolescent period of their life.At this time,the adolescent psychological development has the characteristics of turbulence,sociality and closure,which is exactly the "stormy" period described by the American psychologist Hall.Thus it can be seen that this stage is the period for the majority of teenagers to establish a good emotional attitude and values.In such a critical stage,the correct guidance of teachers and other educators is particularly important.Music education and moral education are both branches of the whole education system,and the relationship between them is close and subtle,independent and interrelated.Music education belongs to the big category of education,and moral education is one of the functions of education.At the same time,music education is a way to realize the goal of moral education,and the goal of moral education is one of the music education.The purpose of choosing this research direction is to call on middle school music teachers to pay attention to the influence on the personality shaping of middle school students as well as the teaching of music skills.Music is a kind of art with artistic appeal and aesthetic feeling.It can affect people's thoughts and feelings.It has rich connotation of moral education and promotes the development of moral education.Therefore,it is particularly important to excavate the moral resources contained in the music art and improve the moral work method by giving full play to the moral function of music education.Because music education as a means and carrier of moral education has incomparable advantages to other education methods,then,how to take middle school students music lesson as a carrier supplemented by moral education,become the issue of concern in this paper.This paper makes full use of musicology,psychology and other related knowledge,combining theory with practice,interdisciplinary method,questionnaire survey method and other research methods,analyzes the relationship between music education and moral education and puts forward the measures to promote the effective integration of the two.Through the above aspects of the discussion,more clear is conducive to the music education moral education function to play the way,so that the music class into an important base of moral education work.
