Nowadays,the Internet has become the most influential "the fourth media" after newspapers,radio and television media,and the influence of Internet is extremely prominent in colleges and universities.In this new environment,the Internet has presented network resource to ideological and political educators.Standing at the forefront of college ideological and political education,teachers of college ideological and political theory course(hereinafter referred to as ideological and political course)must clearly define the meaning and characteristics of network resource,and fully understand the necessity of network resource utilization in classroom teaching of college ideological and political course,then firmly grasp the initiative of the network age.From the perspective of classroom teaching of college ideological and political course,network resource means all resources available through the Internet,which can be utilized in classroom teaching of college ideological and political course,with the characteristics of large capacity and rapid renewal,rich content and diverse forms,abundant sharing and easy access,randomness and complexity.It is very important for college ideological and political teachers to utilize network resource rationally,which can meet the need of expanding classroom capacity,fulfill the requirements of the contemporary college students,cope with the challenge of the negative network information and adapt to the development of the network age.Therefore,it is necessary to utilize network resource in classroom teaching of college ideological and political course.With the development of information society,the Internet has become an indispensable part of people's life.Corresponding to this,college ideological and political education is also closely combined with the Internet.It has become the norm that college ideological and political teachers utilize network resource to assist classroom teaching.However,through the investigation,it is found that network resource is not well utilized in classroom teaching of college ideological and political course,and the content and forms of network resource are relatively monotonous,and network resource utilization did not achieve the ideal education effect.In teaching practice,there are some problems with network resource utilization in classroom teaching of college ideological and political course.These problems are mainly manifested in low utilization rate of network resource,low combination degree of network resource utilization and the reality,low combination degree of network resource utilization and teaching purpose,and low combination degree of network resource utilization and students' concern.In face of many deficiencies existing in network resource utilization in classroom teaching of college ideological and political course,it is an urgent problem in what way to utilize network resource rationally and to improve classroom teaching of college ideological and political course.To utilize network resource,college ideological and political teachers should adhere to four principles:follow the principle of political orientation and always keep the right political direction,follow the innovation principle and always adhere to the spirit of innovation,follow the scientific principle and take into account the attraction and systematicity of classroom teaching,follow the comprehensive principle and utilize positive network resource and negative network resource correctly.On this basis,in order to achieve rational network resource utilization,and to enhance the attraction,infectivity,pertinence and effectiveness of classroom teaching of college ideological and political course,the improvement path is changing the concept of education to correct the attitude of network resource utilization,improving the quality of teachers to enhance the ability of network resource utilization,and consolidating the network position to improve the environment of network resource utilization.
