| This study aims to find the configuration factor expression affecting the social capital/organizational effectiveness of Chinese youth amateur football clubs from the perspective of social capital,combined with the practical experience of youth amateur football club governance in China,and identify five causal factors,including trust,norms,social networks,social interaction and shared values.Due to the complexity of the elements involved,the mainstream quantitative net effect analysis paradigm is not strong enough to analyze complex combination elements,and the net effect analysis thinking focusing on the variable level is difficult to effectively analyze the problem of youth amateur football clubs with combination characteristics.Therefore,the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method is selected to examine each element to solve the general research question,that is,how the organizational elements such as trust,norms,social networks,social interaction and shared values of youth amateur football clubs affect the daily operation and long-term development of youth amateur football clubs.The main contents of this study are divided into five parts: literature review,theoretical model,research method,empirical analysis,conclusion and enlightenment:the first part is literature review,which summarizes and reviews the definition of relevant core concepts and theoretical sources in academia on the basis of studying a large number of relevant literature;The second part is the theoretical model,which clarifies the relationship between trust,norms,public participation,social network,its values and social capital generation,as well as the interdependence and interaction between the five conditional factors,and constructs the corresponding theoretical model through social network and relationship theory.The third part is the research method,this study uses fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method(fsQCA),based on previous literature,extracts the condition variables selected in this study,and defines their concepts and analyzes the dimensions of measurement,so that these conditional factors can be quantified into usable data indicators through measurement,introduces the source and basic situation of samples,and the use steps of fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis;The fourth part is empirical analysis,the descriptive statistical analysis of SPSS and the qualitative comparative analysis of fuzzy set on the data results of the scale are obtained,and the four configurations affecting the social capital of the club are described,and the four configurations are described on the path and the corresponding typical cases are elaborated and analyzed.The fifth part is the conclusion and enlightenment,through the discussion and analysis of the four configurations,the core path and conditions affecting the club’s social capital are obtained.According to the analysis conclusions,it is condensed that(1)social network guidance: realizing a multi-subject long-term interaction mechanism;(2)Shared value empowerment: play the role of endogenous driving force of value consensus;(3)Laying the foundation for institutional innovation: realizing the dualistic balance between formal and informal systems,there are three main governance paths.It is hoped that other amateur football clubs in China facing development bottlenecks will be put forward with opinions and suggestions to solve the problem of "social football development dilemma".Innovation:1.Combine fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)with sports club and sports social capital research2.According to the configuration perspective,three governance paths for youth amateur football clubs are proposed... |
