The special performance of the back type high jumpers is restricted by many factors,the special physical quality is an important factor.Special physical fitness training is an important part of high jump pre competition training,it directly determines the physical state of the athletes.At the same time,it has a direct impact on the players' play in the game.This study takes five female high jump athletes in China as an example,from the division of special physical quality training stage,training task,training content and means,training load arrangement and so on,systematic follow-up study of their special physical training process before the games of the 2017 National Games was prepared,and compared with the specific physical and biochemical indexes of the athletes before and after the training.Understanding the effect of special physical training before the game,in order to enrich the theoretical results system of the special physical quality training for women's high jump,it provides a theoretical reference for the special physical quality training before the major events of the women's high jumpers in China.Through the study,the following basic conclusions are obtained:1.Chinese women high jump athletes,preparing for the pre competition physical fitness training for the Tianjin National Games.The time is 8 weeks,it includes three stages: intensive training,consolidation training and pre competition adjustment.2.Strengthening the training stage is the overall development of the physical quality,every link of special quality should be strengthened.Through the adjustment of third weeks,the combination of physical strength and technology can be solved.The special training stage is mainly to improve the stability of the special physical quality.Further improve and improve the development of special physical quality.The pre competition adjustment stage is based on the adjustment training,develop special competitive ability,promote the formation of the best competitive state.3.The specific physical quality training of different athletes is different in pre competition.The weekly classes of different stages and special physical fitness training are also different,but flexibility training throughout the training.4.The pre competition special strength training includes three kinds,the maximum strength,the fast force and the special swing force.Special speed training includes special speed and speed endurance.The special jumping quality training mainly includes the maximum strength training method,the speed strength training method,and the various jumping practice methods.5.Chinese women's high jump athletes,load arrangements for special physical fitness training before the games for the National Games,Hu Linpeng and Wang Lincheng's "V" trend,there is no obvious characteristic of Zhang Xiyao's load arrangement.The special physical training load of Zhang Luyu and Liu Jingyi showed a trend of "gradually increasing gradually and gradually decreasing".6.During the special physical training of the National Games,changes in Wang Lin's biochemical indexes,it is consistent with the arrangement of the body special quality load,load intensity and overall load.It shows that Wang Lin is well adapted to the special physical training load,and the recovery was good after the training.Hu Linpeng is not good at the large amount of exercise in the intensive training stage and the strong adaptation to the consolidation training stage.7.The different indexes of the special physical quality before and after the training are improved to a certain extent of Five women high jump athletes,but the promotion of Wang Lin and Zhang Xiyao is not obvious.
