Research On The Implementation Mechanism Of Integration Of Production And Education In Higher Vocational Colleges

The integration of production and education is an important motive force to support the innovation and development of economic industries,and is the basic characteristic of Higher Vocational colleges.The development course of Higher Vocational Education in China in recent ten years is also a practical exploration process of the integration of production and education.In the experience of Higher Vocational Education "combination" training mode reform,cooperative relationship to explore,in the "13th Five-Year" religions also started to enter the"cross" system of education and production stage production of Higher Vocational Col leges in china.This paper first expounds the concept connotation of the integration of production and education,and expounds the three spiral model theory,economic man hypothesis theory,stakeholder management theory and other related theoretical basis.Then comprehensively reviewed in recent years China's higher vocational colleges teaching and production process to explore the integration,analysis of the current basic situation of the integration of production and education,pointed out that the number and distribution of China' s current higher vocational colleges is basically reasonable,professional settings and industrial structure,personnel training,supply and demand combined tightly,but the small scale of technical services the number of low,social training.Based on the theoretical research and Analysis on the status quo,through questionnaire investigation,comprehensively analyzes the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges are driving force is not enough,not strong,lack of innovation and dividends are not obvious problems,and in-depth analysis of the causes of problems.It is pointed out that,in the economic development of the "new normal",production and education in Higher Vocational Colleges at present is "breakthrough fusion to explore the establishment of government,enterprises(industry),the school's three edge,innovative forms of organization,system construction".The establishment of the three side,unite government and enterprises(industry),the three party school together,is a prerequisite for teaching basic fusion;according to the needs of economic and social development,innovation and the establishment of various forms of organization,is a key measure to the integration of production and education;to construct based on dynamic mechanism,interest driven mechanism,based on organizational innovation based on security mechanism,multi linkage based on the realization mechanism of quantitative assessment of the evaluation mechanism as the main content,is the basic guarantee of the integration of production and education.
