In today's society,the willingness,interests and methods of learning are far more important than remembering those books.The first thing schools should offer is education,which can promote students to develop autonomously,comprehensively and independently.In practice,however,there is no time to follow the trend of The Times,and schools that fail to respond to the demands of reform still exist,especially in county and rural areas.The mechanical management,teaching and learning,these phenomena are not uncommon,which is largely restricted by their own management level,which affects the quality of the curriculum implementation,and restricts the overall development of students.In the process of deepening the new curriculum reform,the baoding city of yo-shui S junior middle school also faced the same embarrassment and challenges.Given the importance of the junior middle school stage in life development,as well as our country county middle school is the fact that reform is not thorough,the author around baoding LaiShui S school of junior middle school which is located in the county urban and rural integration of investigation and study,from the school leadership,teacher and the student three dimensions to investigate,set aims to grasp the first-hand information,to study the status quo of management of school,the resources status quo,analysis of school leadership,teacher and students' cognitive level and development of consciousness.The author will investigate data in-depth analysis and scientific summary,the results of the survey in the form of chart,classification of the data after integration analysis,a preliminary conclusion of baoding LaiShui S junior high school class management and the status quo of the resources.See the essence through the phenomenon,the author will focus on respectively through the status quo to find problems of school leadership,teacher and students,and combine in the literature survey to collect the related theoretical basis,classification analyzes the reasons of the problems,study the feasible countermeasure plan,finally realizes the overall improve school management level,enhance the teacher in charge management ability and promote students comprehensive development target,at the same time I also hope that this study have certain reference significance for other similar school.
