The idea of constructive postmodern education is an important part of constructive postmodernism.From the theoretical significance,deeply researching on the constructive postmodern education idea is conducive to deepen and expand the research of constructive postmodern theory and Chinese education philosophy.From the practical significance,it is conducive to deepen Chinese education reform,look for new ideas and new ways of education development and help us find the disadvantage of our current educational thoughts and practice,in order to further deepen the education reform and provide reference and guidance.Whitehead Process Philosophy is the philosophical foundation of the constructive postmodern education idea.The ideas of constructive postmodern education insists that from the purpose of education,the most fundamental thing is to develop people with both cultural and specialized knowledge and train them with both wisdom and a special style;from the enssece of education,it insist on cultivating students' sense of responsibility and sublime feeling;in the way of education,it tries to arouse students' interest in learning,and arouses students' enthusiasm and initiative;in the evaluation of education,it deems that the successful education is to develop all-round development of people.By comparison of the modern education idea,deconstructive postmodern education idea,Chinese traditional education idea and the Marxist education idea,this paper points out that the constructive postmodern education has a positive theoretical contribution and practical value,and also some defects.The Enlightenments to Chineses educationa reform are as the following: In the process of Chinese education reform,we should absorb and draw from the construction postmodern education,and do a good job in teaching Marxism education.To strengthen the research,guidance and education of the purpose of education,pay attention to guide the student to become a whole person which has both specialized knowledge and higher wisdom;In order to strengthen the research and education of the essence of education,cultivate the social responsibility,mission and sense of nobility,and strive for the human liberation;We should continue to deepen the education methods reform with taking different ways to arouse students' interest in learning in different schools,different ages for different levels and different professional students;To straighten out the relationship between teachers and students,create a diverse environment for students,and pay attention to the cultivation of students' comprehensive ability to create a good teaching environment.
